Best Strategy for Supporting Employee Health & Wellbeing Award

We are thrilled to announce that Clermont Hotel Group won Best Strategy for Supporting Employee Health & Wellbeing at the recent Appreciation Awards

This award recognises how we support our teams including mental health training, tripling the number of mental health advisors across the company, and engaging our people through our People Council, the Let’s Listen groups, and ESG Committees. We’re especially proud that the judges commended our people-centric approach.
