• Participants are responsible for any such tax liability and should check their own tax position.
• Participants will be entitled to shopping vouchers in respect of Meetings & Events (‘M&E’) or Business Group bookings (being bookings for corporate clients of ten (10) rooms or more) and in accordance with the terms herein (‘Vouchers’). For the avoidance of doubt, bookings in respect of leisure groups will not qualify for Vouchers.
• The booker must check with their company’s anti-corruption and bribery policy.
• It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure their involvement does not contravene their contract of employment and that they have wherever appropriate obtained permission to participate from their employer.
• Only once the meeting or event has taken place and paid for will the claim be validated.
• The value of the reward voucher will be based on the total amount of pre-booked contracted revenue, even if the claim is for a different amount.
• CHG may withdraw the program at any time, although it will honour valid claims which have been notified to CHG in accordance with the claims procedure before withdrawal of the offer.
• Participation in the scheme is open to bookers including existing and new corporate clients, meeting bookers, and agents located in and selling in UK.
• Vouchers are personal to the individual or company to whom they are awarded and may not be transferred without CHG’s prior written permission.
• The claim is sent to the hotel for validation and once approved, the client will receive the voucher within 28 days.
• Claims must be made within 30 days of check out. Claims cannot be accrued throughout the year.
• Cancelled bookings or bookings in respect of which a refund or discount is given will invalidate any vouchers awarded against that booking.
